R David Murray added the comment: If github batched the review comments, what we would want (what we've wanted for a long time from reitveld) is a note posted to b.p.o that there *are* review comments. But since github does *not* batch review comments, posting every comment (especially without the relevant context) may indeed be noisy. On the other hand, I'd not like to see the bulk of the *discussion* of the issue (as opposed to the code) be hidden away on github, which it undoubtably would be. So on balance I'm in favor of reflecting the comments to bugs, but not adamantly so.
