I want to release a version next weekend
My plans for today and next week are to :
1) fix off last remaining issues with sqlite backend (notably rdf-query)
2) sort out dbus interfaces so results (which are now displayed in
ranked order) are received by clients in sorted order (cannot use a{sv}
for this as hash tables screw up ordering)
3) Integrate Laurent's email stuff into DB
4) bring the gui up to speed so that its usable
Nice to do's in order of importance (for other people to implement next
week!)
1) Remove libextractor by implementing the last few extractors (lidgsf
for msoffice and re using the extractors for gif and tiff in libextractor)
2) Index conversation log files (XChat, XChat2, Gaim, Kopete etc) - this
should be easy to implement
3) Get thumbs to use MD5 Hash as per spec and only generate them if not
up to date
4) Create Music thread with async queue to download lyrics, cover art
and MusicBrainz stuff
5) Index application .desktop files (easy to do with GKeyFile)
6) Index Tomboy notes
