Where did you get this extension from/What OS are you running? Can you try the one from here?: http://blogs.sun.com/migi/entry/have_you_ever_searched_lost If you will run Thunderbird from the command line and enable extension, what is happening (you should get messages Writing MailMessage to file)? Do you have any message in the Error console?
