I don't start trackerd automatically when I boot my
machine and for the cases where trackerd was running
when I reboot, is it supposed to be removing the
$USER_tracker_lock file in ~/.local/? IOW after the
reboot and trackerd not having been started should
$USER_tracker_lock still exist (after reboot obv ps
says there is no tracker process).
