do i have to develop miner for bluetooth & ipod/iphone & then integrate it with 
tracker to extract metadata.

Hello Remo

If you know how to extract metadata from bluetooth/ipod/iphone, you can
insert them in Tracker, and then retrieve them, all using the DBus
interface.
Tracker is not designed to give direct access to the underlying SQLite
database,
the only supported access is via its DBus interface.
