Hi,

I am wondering why, but some files are not indexed, although they should
be. For example:

$ FILE="$HOME/.thunderbird/qcgcvpsp.default/Mail/Local\ Folders/Inbox"
$ tracker-info $FILE
Querying information for
entity:'/home/mildred/.thunderbird/qcgcvpsp.default/Mail/Local
Folders/Inbox'
Results: 0

And:

$ /usr/libexec/tracker-miner-fs -e $FILE
Data object '/home/mildred/.thunderbird/qcgcvpsp.default/Mail/Local
Folders/Inbox' currently exists
  File is eligible to be monitored (based on config)
  File is eligible to be mined (based on rules)

Would be indexed: Yes
Would be monitored: Yes

And tracker is idle:

$ tracker-status
Store:
  ✓     Journal replay        - Idle

Miners:
  ✓     File System           - Idle
  ✗ Emails - Not running or is a disabled plugin
  ✓     Applications          - Idle

I am wondering what is happening...
Can you enlighten me?

Yesterday, I restarted Tracker, it replayed the journal and the
filesystem miner took a long time to index everything again (it seems).
I don't understand why it missed some files. I don't have anything in
the tracker-extract or tracker-miner-fs log and raised the kernel limit
for inotify.
