it seems (based on the CPU usage and the output of tracker-control -F)
that the installation of tracker 0.12.1 does indeed reindex everything
after it was stopped by using tracker-control -t and started by
tracker-control -s
Is there a way that I can confirm this (log-files)?
It will re-crawl to set up monitors, but reindexing no. It may continue
where it left off if you didn't shutdown when it was idle.
