I am experiencing some problems with tracker-extract-playlist plugin.

fails. (no null checks on "to_metadata" variable)
GLib-Critical **: g_hash_table_lookup: assertion `hash_table != NULL'
failed.
Hope i am not knocking on the wrong door and this to be issue because of
totem-pl-parse library.
I don't know if they've changed something in the library, but the
documentation has no hints either about if NULL is possible. So I've
added a check:

I also added a log message if there are > 1k entries - which is when we
ignore the playlist for performance reasons.
