[tracker2] Custom Packets/Traffic Info

How easy, or even possible, would it be to have the T2 send a custom packet on 
a button press?
To clarify, I imagine having a button on my dashboard which, when pushed, would 
send a 'traffic information' packet... basically designating an area of 
congested traffic, which other gps units could then display and perhaps even 
route around?
