I am still working out all the bugs. I think that I have the FT-60 and OT2m
talking to the Nuvi.

The OTm is sending position reports, which I can see at openaprs.net/aprs.fi
etc.

I can message the OT2m from the Nuvi 680. For example, if I send --version from
the Nuvi, I get a message in the Nuvi inbox with the firmware version.

Where I am stuck is in messaging to the OT2m from the internet.

I am logged into openaprs.net as WB5PKN. If I send an APRS message to the
mobile unit WB5PKN-9 nothing happens. I can't cause commands to work, and
nothing shows up on the Nuvi. I tried to message the OTm with "CMD version" -
but I never get a response.

Looking at the raw packet view from APRS.fi - I see:
2009-07-24 01:24:49 UTC: WB5PKN>APRS,WIDE1-1*,WIDE2-2,qAS,N6NAR::WB5PKN-9 :CMD
version{AF}aa

Can anyone suggest where I might have gone wrong?
