  You probably don't want to use the 9600 data pins on the Alinco as they 
  avoid the emphasis/de-emphasis circuits. If you do that, you might have 
  trouble being decoded by some other stations. So T2-1 goes to Radio-9 
  and T2-7 goes to Radio-4. Otherwise, I think you might have it right, 
  but I'm open to being wrong!
