Kind of hard to do a DEVLIST when using the splitter cable, as not all the pins are wired through, and DEVLIST is local only.
I think I found the problem, the T2-301 Serial & Power cable does not wire through the 1wire pin from pin 7 on the radio end. You would need to make up a special cable for the purpose. In any case, I figured out how to extract the pins from the D shell connector (I am using your DB9 Modular Adapter).
