Looks like the BALDI Tracker2 is signing the used-digipeater path
twice. What's going on here?

N7NJO-14>T7QURQ,BALDI,WIDE1,BALDI*:`22.mRvu/]"3w}=

I think the original path was WIDE1-1,WIDE6-6, but I can't be certain.
So far, this is the only packet I've seen signed twice. I didn't see
any evidence to indicate that BALDI was actually digipeating twice, so
I think this is just a signing issue.

I'll admit, I have some odd digipeating rules configured:

ALIAS 1:WIDE2 2:TEMP 3:SAR 4:WA 5:WIDE1
USEALIAS 1:ON 2:ON 3:ON 4:ON 5:OFF 6:OFF 7:OFF 8:OFF
HOPLIMIT 1:2 2:7 3:7 4:7 5:1 6:0 7:0 8:0
PREEMPT 1:ON 2:OFF 3:ON 4:OFF 5:OFF 6:OFF 7:OFF 8:OFF
Tracker2 Build 55076

(in English: preempt WIDE2-1 or -2, and it looks like I forgot to
enable WIDE1-1 digipeating with USEALIAS 5)

Seems like an obscure bug.
