Received my new T2-135 board today (thanks, Scott!). I pulled the old one out
and replaced it with the new one. I noticed that the connector on the short
side of the board (the one that accepts the cable from the radio) doesn't quite
match the connector on the cable. It's close, but there's a little nub on the
long edge of the cable connector that doesn't have a corresponding notch for it
in the board connector. It just seems as if the connector doesn't seat easily
or positively the way you'd expect it to. (Actually, I realized this was the
condition on the board I removed as well.)

Also, I installed the board and fired up the radio and it began decoding
signals immediately, and, if you recall my previous note, it performed very
well compared to my other home station running via AGWPE (thank you, Scott!).
So, I ran the configuration program. Everything seemed to check out until the
second time I ran the diagnostic/tuning function. The first time through
everything went as expected. The second time through, the led colors reversed
- that is, when I tried to switch on the red LED, the green one lit up, and
vice versa.

So, I figured I'd load the newest version of the firmware and it seems to be
doing the same thing. I've shut off the radio and disconnected the power and
disconnected the pc, but it still seems inverted when I start the configuration
program again.

When I get out of the configuration program, it all seems to decode properly
and I get a blinking red led for the GPS signal and an occasional green flash
(that's backwards, right?).

Any thoughts?

P.S. I may have just discovered the problem. I just took a close look at the
board while it was "working". The board markings and the LED colors don't
match up. The green LED is in the location marked RED and vice versa... It's
often something simple... As long as I know this I can deal with it.
Everything seems to be working normally except for that. I seldom take the
cover off anyway.
