Just save the file in the configuration program otwincfg.exe and
then go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tracker2/files/Configuration%20Files/
(I just created the "Configuration Files" folder) and click on ADD FILE
and upload it to the server.

The file as it is now will probably be "un-interesting" if it's
beaconing every 10 minutes as expected. The interesting one would
be how it was when it was beaconing every few seconds.
1702 packets over the last 48 hours!

Even if you stopped it from sending "Dan & Teri Gregg, Classic
GMC Motorcoach, Dexter, Mo" so often, it would cut down on the
un-needed packets. Sending it every 10 transmissions (or perhaps
every 100 in your case - hi!) would reduce he load on the APRS
network around you.

Good luck in uploading the file and more importantly, in figuring
out what the problem was.
