Byron,

I think the problem is that the T2 can't buffer multiple outgoing 
packets at the same time.  On some platforms you can set it to only send 
1 packet at a time, but I forget the parameter.

I've got a fix on my to-do list, but it's going to take some work given 
the limited buffer space.
