Is it listed as being known as working? Is it know to partially work?
Is it known to not work?

As people try different models, and report their findings, we add the
information to the Wiki. As has been stated before, there is no secret
version out there that only a select few know about.

The Nuvi 310 is a European model, not commonly available over here. If
you have a Nuvi 310, give it a try and let us know your results. Those
results can be added to the wiki, and then we can point the next
person to your results.

As you can see in the Wiki, and by reading the information in the
archives, only the Nuvi 350 does things in what is considered the
"right" way. Should a new Nuvi version become available that fully
supports the type of operation that we desire, there will be a great
deal of hoopla, swinging from the rafters, shouting from the
mountaintops, and other general shenannigans...
