[tracker2] T2 Locked Up

One of my T2 units just locked itself up this week. It is the one I use in the 
motorhome. We pulled out of Az. Monday morning and I saw the red light was on, 
ACT. It was working that morning just prior to our departure. We arrived in Tx. 
today and I tried to reset it by opening the program. The light will go to 
green while I am hooked to laptop. As soon as I "quit" program it goes back to 
red and will do nothing.
Any suggestions?
