The temperature swings are minimal, and no matter how windy or wet it is outside, it remains calm and dry inside! I am actually getting ready to put it outside, but it's moving at glacial speeds. My plan is to use a 7 Ah battery, a small charge controller and a 20W solar panel to see if it can keep up with the demand.
