Hi, Some minor questions I hope. Is there much difference between the OT2-protoc firmware and OT2 firmware. I put an OT2 protoc into our comms trailer ages ago, but we added a PV panel to it last week so I though it would be interesting to graph the output. First I updated the firmware to the latest ot2-protoc, but it appears that I may have had a newer ot2 firmware on it. Either way, it seems to be mostly behaving itself.
I'm pretty sure I set it to stop transmitting at 12.78 volts, but it seemed to stay going all night. How accurate is the comparison I wonder? http://aprs.fi/telemetry/EI3RCW-1 Is there a difference in Telemetry co-efficients used on the ADC inputs between the OT2 versions (Google couldnt' find any for me), as I had to use 0.058 as the multiplier for voltage. It could be that an incorrect resistor was used when it was put together, just we only spotted it now. I've to take the cover off next time I'm out there to check the voltage jumper for driving a GPS. Lastly, I never used power control before, it's pretty cool in operation. Many thanks de John EI7IG
