Assuming the temp is correct, it is quite cold at -8C. I think I am also
seeing a pressure reading of 69320 Pa(scal?). What altitude does that work
to? Time to Google for conversions!

It would have been very quickly after launch I think. Maybe there was a
balloon problem.
