[tracker2] T2-301 output power: what setting for 0.5W ?

I took a look around and couldn't find any data on RF output power vs.
the SETPOWER value for the T2-301, other than Scott's note that it's
non-linear.

I'd like to get between 0.5W and 1W from 12V.  Anybody have a recommendation?
