Yep, you can do a 'delete all' by clicking on the button at the bottom right of the Nuvi's screen after clicking ( I believe) on the 'Favorites' button.
Beware that this will delete all of your stored points of interest! The Wiki has a method of saving the ones you want to keep to an SD card so clearing everything isn't really an issue.
