Even if it's that way at the moment, I can't imagine it being enforced 
for all projects.  There could be a simple toggle for each project to 
show by default just the next action or all of them.

I for one aren't using a 'nextaction' tag as it feels too much effort.
I'd much prefer for the system to 'promote' one action to being the 
'nextaction' automatically for me if it could.  And it can if there's an 
explicit ordering in the actions for a project, as nozbe appears to have.
