I like Google Calendar too, though I'm currently using the calendar built into Joyent's Connector [1]: it's currently nowhere near GCal in usability, but I like the integration and cross-format tagging within connector, so I'm waiting patiently for it to improve a bit. I subscribe to the calendar in iCal, so I can use Joyent as the 'master' and iCal for easy viewing and local alarms. I've also used 30boxes, which is pretty good. By coincidence, there's a Wired review of online calendar apps today [2].
