That's fixed in the trunk now, I think you'll find: on the project  
page, there are radio buttons with which you can mark the project  
hidden. That hides the project's actions from the home page, and you  
can set a preference as to whether you see the hidden projects listed  
in the sidebar, so that you can check them over at your review.

I keep feeling that we should call it 'Pending' or 'Inactive' or  
something, because people tend not to think of the feature as a way  
of marking projects as 'Someday/maybe' but *hiding* is what it does :-)
