This wouldn't be tough to implement as a bookmarklet. Feel free to  
open a ticket on the Trac.

I use del.icio.us, tagging things as toread or toreview. Ticket #107  
<http://dev.rousette.org.uk/ticket/107> covers the idea of embedding  
an RSS feed in the sidebar of Tracks, which I've imagined might one  
day be a feed of my del.icio.us bookmarks with those tags. A tighter  
integration is another option, too, which could enable you to remove  
that tag from delicion.. I know bsag uses magnolia, so we'd certainly  
want to support multiple providers.
