On the tracks.tra.in faq, the owner says he's sticking with the stable
version.  Since there hasn't been a stable version of Tracks released in
awhile, that's probably why they haven't updated in awhile.

If you want a hosted service that has been rolling out trunk versions,
you can try gtdtracks.com. It's not free, but the fee is pretty modest.
