I don't have much RoR coding experience so can't help you with (C) directly. I 
am of the opinion
however that since we have export capability, we should not sell ourself short 
and go for (A). (B)
stands un-eliminated :)

Having export option is a good feature to show off in this world where lock-ins 
are a norm.
