oops. my bad. I think at one point I took a shortcut by copying my 1.043 config file to the trunk. Duh.
Re-did it (I re-created the entire /var/www/trackstrunk folder from scratch) and it worked like a champ. I will bang on it today to see if anything unusual happens. I didn't think to save the output of the rake command before closing the terminal. Let me know if you need me to do it again (i have the process down now), but I won't expect that the output would be different from what I got yesterday.
