With the imminent release of Tracks 1.5 and closing of GTDTracks.com for new
membership, a friend
and I are considering of offering Tracks as a paid hosted service.
Before we explore this further we thought it would be a good idea to have a
feel of the perceived
need for such a service. Would you be willing to fork out some $$s to rid
yourself off the trouble
of hosting RoR and Tracks by yourself, handle backups etc?
We haven't decided on the actual fees as such, so some indication of what you
would be willing to
pay for such a service would also be appreciated.
In order to prevent burdening the mailing list, maybe you could send replies to
me personally
rather than to the list as a whole.
