I think I've changed most of the places where Subversion is mentioned
on the sites, except for the manual, which I'll sort out later. If you
spot any other outdated references or instructions, let me know. The
subversion repository is read only now, but all new development needs
to happen on the git repository. I've already added Luke and Reinier
as collaborators (so they have push as well as pull rights), but if
nic, eric, jacqui and jkebinger who had commit rights for the
subversion repository want the same for GitHub, just create an account
on GitHub, let me know your username and I'll add you as
collaborators. You can always fork and issue pull requests anyway, so
having commit rights isn't so crucial on GitHub.
Anyway, get cloning and forking and have fun!
