OK, I've got it!
It wasn't crystal clear in the settings, but you can set non-member
access to view only, but allow anyone to join the space. So what you
need to do is register with Assembla, then visit the Tracks space. On
the right of the header you should see 'Public Space | Join this
space' (or something like that). If you click the join link, you'll be
added as a team member, and you can then create tickets.
When I get a chance, I'll update the site appropriately.
Farzad - I just got your private email - since you've now registered,
can you see if my instructions above work? Could you also note the
wording of the link so that I can update the documentation.
