Hey, all-

The only way I can see to get the default context programatically is
to pull contexts.xml and look for the one with 'position' = 1. That
seems... fragile :) Is there a better way to do it? Alternately, could
POSTs without a context_id automatically go to the default context
instead of failing? That seems like more robust API design, but
admittedly I'm not likely to find/implement that any time soon.

(Note that I'm using 'default context' slightly sloppily here, since
as far as I can see you can't actually specify a default context;
there is only 'the context that the web UI defaults to because it is
sorted first' and 'the context that emailed actions are configured to
default to'?

[The canonical-GTD way of doing all this would be to have a 'to
review' project, and all these things would go there and use the
default context for that project, right? Or am I misremembering?]

Thanks-
Luis (who has a working ubiquity plugin now, but with very little
functionality and lots of ugly, ugly hardcoding of stuff)
