Hi Luis,

This is a known enhancement request, along with 'project templates' and such
:-) 
Since Tracks is not a project planner, we've not implemented this.

If someone makes a unintrusive (i.e. not polluting the view) 'populate this
project', I'm in favor of adding it to tracks though...
