I use it to create lists the do not limit themself to a context, like all
actions for a specific customer (which could span multiple
projects/contexts). I add the name of the customer as a tag. Of add the name
of the person who I am @waiting for so when I talk to him/her I can quickly
get to all actions related to that person, etc.
