Tracks currently outputs iCal where all todos are all-day-events (I use it
in Outlook). 
We do not have ical where todos are todos. This could be added of course.
Please keep in mind that this will be one-way / read-only, i.e. import in a
todo-list like iOS. 
There is no synchronization if you mark a todo as complete on iOS, so I
don’t know if it will really work for people.
