There are three problems with todos without an assigned project:

* They can vanish: 'show from' set in the future and these todos are
inaccessible until that date except through a lucky search.
* They don't show up in reviews.
* There is no simple way to access these todos to updated the
information (e.g., assign the project).

It would be nice to have a way to quickly access all todos that have
no assigned project to update them.
