Do you know Redmine? It's not as straightforward to use as Tracks (and does
not support GTD), but is better suited for group work, mainly when it
envolves programming.

Another option you may want to consider is Teambox, which is not as
software-focused as Redmine, but (as fas as I could learn) is easy to use
like Tracks, highly social and focused on communication inside the team
(although does not support GTD also).
