I can verify that the Bitnami stack is a great option for a quick Windows install.
If installing on a Windows server to host Tracks on your own domain, Bitnami will set up a quick locally accessible site. Application Request Routing can then be used to point a domain name from IIS to Apache, to access Tracks through your domain.
