I have Tracks running on SSL, fully functional. Maybe your static content (images, but also javascripts) is not served from SSL?

With my current setup, while everything appears to load correctly, the project and context menus don't appear as I type, and I am asked whether I'd like to add a new context each time, despite using existing contexts.
