In local dired (at least with 24.5) this is displayed as :
  lrwxrwxrwx  1 ptechoueyres users    12 20.08.2015 22:45 tmp -> /tmp/..//tmp
With ssh dired on the same dir :
  lrwxrwxrwx  1 ptechoueyres users    12 20.08.2015 22:45 tmp -> /tmp/../tmp

Yes, and no. No as nothing goes wrong, but IMO tramp should not try to 
correct/hide users mistakes.

In fact I think hidding such thing make it harder to correct them.
If I see an uncorrected link I could ask the admin to correct them. If I don't 
see them ...
