Hi Dave, > Here's the information you requested (I hope). Yes. Tramp sends the following command: 14:46:52.755994 tramp-send-command (6) # exec ssh -o ControlMaster=auto -o ControlPath='tramp.%C' -o ControlPersist=no -e none eno And the answer is 14:46:52.836471 tramp-process-actions (6) # muxserver_listen: link mux listener tramp.4eaf7a9766b926e9e1ea91a47f275f555b307d5d.h80ZLHGcDjX82TSy => tramp.4eaf7a9766b926e9e1ea91a47f275f555b307d5d: Operation not permitted So it is your local mux which causes the trouble. Don't know whether mux could be configured to accecpt Tramp's settings. Otherwise, you might use indeed one of the settings you have mentioned in your first message (tweaking tramp-ssh-controlmaster-options or tramp-use-ssh-controlmaster-options), that's what they're good for. > Cheers! > -Dave Best regards, Michael. _______________________________________________ Tramp-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/tramp-devel
