* component: client-behavior => rfc6962-bis Comment: client-behavior is clearly the wrong component for this ticket. It's true that 6962-bis does not define mis-issuance, but isn't the threat-analysis document the place for such a definition to appear? I'm changing the component to 6962-bis, but I'm inclined to resolve this ticket as a WONTFIX.
