#94: Fetching of inclusion proofs: Why and when are clients expected to do this?

 I'd just like to note that ticket #10 aims to (re)introduce the option of
 passing inclusion proofs (embedded in certs, OCSP responses or a TLS
 extension) instead of SCTs.

 This ticket's question is still relevant when SCTs are used, of course.
