I'm not sensing any love in your reply :-(.
I had hoped that you would respond to my message by citing text from
5280 that justifies your assertion that a CA is defined, exclusively, by
its name and key, but you have not.
I was hoping that you would comment on my analogies, noting why you
don't believe they are valid, but you did not.
Color me sad.
Nonetheless, I will revise the text inspired by DKG's initial message,
to see if I can do better.
