How do you report an error (or typo) on one of the 4010
Implementation Guides? On the 835 page 93, CLP09 says "This number was
received in CLM05-2 of the 837 claim". On the 837P page 173, CLM05-2 is
NOT USED - but I am sure the 835 should say CLM05-3, as both have the name Claim
Frequency Code. Thanks
