Jerry,
Claredi has built a page with links to all these external code sets. Go
to the www.claredi.com web site and look in "free stuff" for the code
sets page. By the end of this week we will have a few more. We are
trying to put together one page to jump off to all of them, and the
second phase of the project is to make them available as .CSV (flat
text) files.
