The fourth condition of the ASCA (HR.3323) HIPAA compliance plan summary submission is (D) A timeframe for testing that begins no later than April 16, 2003.
This may sound simple, however I got a few questions: 1. Which testing it refers to? Internal-testing, Beta-testing, or System readiness refers in WEDI-SNIP sequencing white paper? 2. If all 7 HIPAA standard transactions need to be tested, should it interpret the first trx. testing start at least on April 16, 2003 and followed by other 6 trxs? Right or wrong? Or should it interpret: the last trx need to be tested (trx.#7) should start at least April 16, 2003 (aasume that all other 6 trxs. are already in the process or done testing)?
