If 277 response brings back multiple claims, do we just repeat 2200D loop or do we need to repeat all higher level loops (2000, 2100) for each claim? There can be only one 2200D per 2000 loop according to the Implementation Guide. Thanks Alex Chernyak, Antares Solutions
